I'm Rosie, a Northwestern Medill graduate originally from Chicago. Now located in NYC, I’m a freelance writer for American Libraries Magazine and the Rye Record, a local New York publication. I served as a reporter at The Rye Record for a year, where I covered city and school news and won three New York Press Association awards for my reporting, including stories on a local drug bust, a sexual abuse allegation, and a profile of a new high school principal.

Outside of writing, I’m usually reading, trying new restaurants, or going to concerts. I’m always open to freelance assignments.
